Area For Set Up
Once you have placed a rental for your event, we ask that you brainstorm where the equipment or unit will be set up for your event. Please make sure that the area chosen has enough room for the size of the unit. We love being efficient and fast when it comes to setting up our inflatables and do not want other customers to wait too long so please make sure you know where you want it to go.
Clearing Out The Area
We want to make sure that we don't damage anything or step on something that was left when setting up, so we ask that if you could please make sure that all items, toys, or pet residue are picked up in the area the inflatable will be set up on.
Pets Prohibited
While we do love seeing your pets welcome us to your property, these pets can do some damage to the inflatables so we ask if you can keep them away from the inflatable or you may be liable for damages done to our equipment
Water Units Drain
Our most popular units are the ones that have water that customers can use to soak in the hot weather. However, we say before we pick the inflatable up if our clients can drain the water as it makes our job easier and faster so we can leave as soon as possible to save convenience.
Size Of Inflatables And Space Needed
Before renting one of our units, we ask that you make sure that there's enough space available to set up the inflatable so that we don't run towards any complications when setting up.
Gate Sizes
If the inflatable needs to be set up in a area where there's a gate/door, please make sure that it's around 3 feet in length as our inflatables are quite large and need room to avoid delays, damage, or a inability to set up the inflatable
Underground Sprinklers Or Pipes
When setting up our equipment, most have to be secured by 1 ft stakes or anchors in order to avoid weather problems. However, when we stake, we ask that you know how deep and where your underground pipes are to avoid us hitting one. If we hit a pipe, we are not responsible for any damages.
Overnight Stay
When we deliver inflatables, we want you to enjoy the whole day with these units and some parties don't end until past dawn. If your party lasts past sundown, we stop picking up the inflatables so as long as the inflatable is in a safe and secluded spot, then you can keep the unit overnight. This would be for no extra charge, but beware we will most likely pick up early in the morning.
Cancelation Of Rental
If you choose to cancel your rental, you can receive credit but will not gain back the $50 deposit back as that is non-refundable. If you cancel 48 hours before the time of delivery, you will receive a "rain-check" credit that has a full year limit from the day of the original delivery. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of the time of delivery, you will not be refunded the payment back. We will not cancel on your delivery barring weather preventing us from setting up. If that happens, our office will contact you on options.
Power/Electricity
Another thought when deciding where the unit will be set up is where there's accessible power in order to power the motors these units use. We need at minimum a 15 amp outlet to power a smaller inflatable, or two 15 amp/one 20 amp to power our larger units. If the area is a bit further to the power outlet, then we do have extension cords spanning from 50 ft to 100 ft. Also make sure that there isn't anything else plugged in the same outlet as they can cause a breaker to blow.
Delivery Time
We will communicate with you on the day before delivery on what time we will deliver your rental. When we deliver, we need a person present to know where the unit goes and to sign our contact. If there's a specific time that would work for you, then please put on the notes section when ordering what time would work. If you put in your order and need to change the time, please contact us .
Avoidable Fees
When it comes to additional fees, we hardly charge our customers but there's some circumstances that are completely avoidable. We charge cleaning fees if the inflatable has any food, candy, gum, silly string, confetti, ect. Also if the inflatable gets really muddy, there's also a fee charge as well. Finally, there's a fee if you leave water left over in the inflatable by the time we arrive for pick up as they increase the weight of the inflatable and make it a harder time for us to do our jobs.
